[STDS-802-16] Comment 4 regarding draft 802.16 PARs

Here are comments from 802.11.

For convenience, I've extracted the comments from their referenced slide set:

(1) Comments on 802.16n
2.1 Title seems redundantly stated.
–Repeated text 3 times.  Delete the repetitive text.
–Understand that this is not controllable –
•Send note to NesCom Admin to fix it.

(2) Comments on 802.16.1a
5.5 - Missing the “.1” on 802.16 in 2 places.  Missing “IEEE” in front of 802.16 in one place.

(3) Comments on 802.16.1b
5.5 missing “.1” after 802.16 in one place
