Folks,
Today's scheduled P802.16.3 telecon failed to take place due to my unexpected inability to initiate the connection. The intended participants decided by email to organize a replacement meeting on 2015-04-03 at 16:00 UTC. The agenda will include discussions, but no decisions will be made except scheduling of a followup meeting.
