[STDS-802-16] Call for Comments: Draft PAR and CSD: Amendment for fixed and mobile wireless access in channel sizes less than 1.25 MHz

All,

This is a call for comments on draft PAR and CSD for "Amendment for fixed and mobile wireless access in channel sizes less than 1.25 MHz", which has been posted to Mentor as IEEE 802.16-15-0038-00-Gdoc. This is a clean version with edits accepted.

This draft has been developed based on contributions from the July 21st Call for Contributions: GRIDMAN Task Group - Narrower Channel Operation, and discussions on two GRIDMAN Teleconferences on August 13 and September 10,, the minutes of which are posted at < https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DkTICdqY-U8PHmr3qj-cBgeZo8O4r8_2jIM0zRbCKBo > and < https://docs.google.com/document/d/1i90QbGbMkiRSC7dxJqhH0VVN9NOB-OndgX_BMXuVW-E >, respectively.

The redline version showing edits during the last teleconference is available as IEEE 802.16-15-0037-01

Please submit your comments as a contribution by September 28th following the IEEE 802.16 Document Submission Instructions: < http://ieee802.org/16/submit.html> using the File Code "Gcon".
