Ray, thank you for catching the fact that the present information is for
hotel only. It is critical to register with the hotel. The meeting fee
registration is discussed at

F. That site basically says that the formal registration procedures will be
posted. Again, by pre-registering you will be saving some money.
Unfortunately, there is a delay getting the information posted because Buzz,
Dawn, et. al. are working very hard to get a secure web site up to expedite
the registration procedures. Right now they are hoping the meeting
registration process (as opposed to the hotel registration) will be posted
by the end of next week. A note will go out when the process is posted.
Once you see the note, please follow up quickly with your registration.
