RE: [RPRWG] rationale for maximum ring circumference
Anoop,
My understanding is that nothing specifically breaks from
an architectural perspective if the distance is 2001km.
Its simply a design target for use when deriving
and/or simulating proposals.
Of course, others may have different assumptions that
lead to the voting on that number, but these are mine.
