Colleagues,
Enclosed is a PDF file detailing the updated schedule for the creation and posting
of D1.0. As I had mentioned during the P802.17 closing meeting last week, I needed
to adjust the dates somewhat to account for the actual meeting dates and other
factors. The PDF file will also be available on the Web.
Note that D1.0 is expected to be posted by August 12, enabling us to run the comment
period from August 12 to September 13 (>30 days). I believe we are now capable of
supporting the 30-day ballot period required for WG and sponsor ballots. In addition
there is an allotment of nearly 2 weeks to review submitted comments and generate
proposed resolutions.
Also, there has been an unfortunate hitch in posting the final (collated)
CRD from last week's meeting to the Web. An attempt to mail it directly to the
reflector also failed (file too big). I apologize for the delay. Those who would
like to see the updated CRD right away are requested to please e-mail me and I
will mail it directly to them.
