[RPRWG] May 2003 Meeting Question

RPRWGers, 

I know this is far in advance, but I have a question
and I would like to get some quick feedback.

IEEE 802 got into a bit of trouble in vancouver due to 
lower than expected pickup at the Fairmount. The
contract puts 802 owing around $100K to the Fairmount.

Buzz is negotiating with the Fairmount to have some
interims there in order to erase the debt. 802.3 will
likely be holding their January 03 interim there.
802 would act as our host for the meeting, so there 
would be the standard meeting fees that we know and 
love, but any shortfall will be covered by them.

Is anyone opposed to our having our May interim there?
I don't know about you folks, but I find Vancouver a 
really nice city to visit.

Please email me IFF you object. Otherwise, I will let
Buzz and Dawn know that they can negotiate with the
fairmount for May 03.
