[RPRWG] Useful information on booking your room


RPRWGers, 

please be advised that the hotel does not have to provide
the IEEE room rate if you book through a travel agent unless
the travel agent agrees to waive all commisions.

Please just book the room yourselves - it does not take
long to do.
