There is an error in D2.6 tables 9.8 and 9.9. These
tables were updated to reflect that they are called by the
per-agingInterval state machine. The 'next state' for 9.8 rows 3 - 6 and
for 9.9 rows rows 3 - 8 should all be 'RETURN'. I will submit a comment to
correct this, but I wanted to point this out so no one would have difficulty
interpreting the table.
