Working Group Closing Plenary
1) Comment Resolution Closing (If needed, depends
on if we do 1 track or 2)
2) Forwarding 802.17 to Sponsor
3) Starting WG Ballot on 802.17a joint with 802.1
4) Election of Vice Chair
