802.11 TGn FRCC meeting minutes and comparison criteria uploaded

The minutes of today's telecon (thankyou Rahul) are uploaded as
11-03-815r5.
The comparison criteria document modified during the meeting are
uploaded as 11-03-814r7.
The number of agreed comparison criteria is now 6.
The number of criteria as yet not agreed is 74.
Based on observed rate of progress, we would need about 30 hours
of meeting time to complete a pass through the comparison criteria.
I am concerned that we will not complete this process at the January
meeting.
In order to accellerate progress, it is very important that FRCC
members should read the FRCC documents: Usage models (11-03-802),
Functional Requirements (11-03-813) and Comparison Criteria (11-03-814)
and come to the meetings prepared to express an opinion.
The Usage Models document is largely complete (although simulation
scenario 16
is missing). The functional requirements is largely complete. The
comparison
criter still need a lot of work doing.
Please review the document during your holiday festivities and let me
have
any additional comments on existing criteria before the Jan 06 2004
meeting.
I shall merge these and, hopefully, issue an updated document before the
next meeting. Contributions designed to address issues noted in the
document
are especially welcome.
