802.11 TGn FRCC Meeting Details and Tentative Agenda

URGENT: FRCC members please get your review comments on the UM, FR and
CC
documents to me by 12:00 GMT (4:00am Pacific) on Tuesday March 9th.
Please use the format described in the minutes document.
I HAVE SO FAR ONLY HAD TWO RESPONSES.
We need a reasonably complete response so we can plan for FRCC
activities
at the TGn meeting.

Usage Model document (concentrating on the simulation scenarios)

Tentative agenda:
1. Appoint secretary (Jim Allen if present)
2. Review and approve agenda
3. Report from Simulation Methodology ctte
4. Review comments received and plan activities for TGn meeting
5 Remind everybody to email their attendance to the chair
6 CC discussion
6.1 Consider Phase Noise Impairment (IM4), modify and approve
6.2 Comments in CC52
6.3 Review the mandatory/optional status of the CCs
6.4 Review disclosure requirements of CC document
6.5 Review disclosure requirements of FR document
Remaining meetings:
The FRCC is authorised to have bi-weekly telecons until
it has completed its job and been disolved by TGn. Hopefully
this will happen in the March 2004 TGn meeting.
If this does not happen, bridge details will be announced
and meetings will continue following the existing authorisation.
