RE: IEEE 802.19 Denver Agenda R1

Steve,

Thanks.  I am leaning toward cancelling that meeting.  I am just waiting to hear if anyone objects.

I have managed to get the conflict I had on Tuesday morning shifted to the afternoon.  So if we drop the Tuesday PM session, I will be OK.  If we keep the session, I will probably not be available until about  2:30, so someone will have to fill in for me on the secretarial duties for the early afternoon.

Steve,

Thanks for catching that mistake.  The graphic is actually
correct and the text was missing material for the Tuesday PM1 session.

I guess I am looking for feedback from the group.  We probably
do not need three two-hour meetings for the TAG (we still have two
two-hour meetings of the SG in case anything comes up).

Should we drop the Tuesday PM1 session?

Right now I have the following tasks listed, but have not gotten
much feedback from on these tasks.

1.        Develop Press Release (Tom Siep) - Tom, will you be able to lead
this?
2.        Develop Call-for-Proposals (Steve) - I will handle this
3.        Discuss Document on Coexistence Parameters (Joe Levy) - Joe do
you have updated material?

Based on this list I think we can drop Tuesday PM1.  Comments?

Steve

The Graphic for the 802.19 agenda indicates the TAG will meet Tuesday
afternoon, but the sheet for Tuesday doesn't have any time slots
identified
past 12:30.  Can you please clarify?

I have a conflict with the Tuesday AM session starting at 11:30 for a
conference call.  I am trying to rearrange the call so that it is in the
afternoon to avoid the conflict on the assumption that the TAG will not
be
meeting then.  I should know tomorrow if I can make that happen.
However,
my switching the call will do no good if the TAG is really meeting in
the
afternoon.

All,

Attached is R1 of the 802.19 agenda for the meeting in
Denver.  I have added a joint meeting with IEEE P1900.2 on Monday at 4
PM.  I would encourage everyone to attend.

Steve Berger, I have put together an agenda for that joint
meeting based on your email.  If you have any changes please tell me.

            Ian, please post.

Steve
