[802.19] Meetings of Interest to 802.19 Members

IEEE 802.19 Members,

 

            The TAG will not be officially meeting at the Wireless Interim this week; however, many of you may be in attendance at various working groups.

 

            I wanted to notify you that there are several coexistence related meeting this week in Waikoloa.

 

1.       IEEE 802.11 VHT60 SG will be having a meeting on Monday night to discuss the PAR.  One of the topics of interest in that PAR is the wording on coexistence.

 

2.       Also, the 802.11n TG will be meeting to discuss the 40MHz coexistence of 802.11n and other wireless systems in the 2.4 GHz band (e.g. 15.1 and 15.4).  Bruce has notified me that it looks like that meeting will be on Wednesday 4-6 PM.  I believe Bruce will make an announcement at the opening plenary on Monday morning regarding the time of this meeting.
