[802.19] Cancellation of February 18th Architecture and Assumptions ad hoc group teleconference

Dear all,

Since there are no new contributions related to architecture and
assumptions part of SDD, February 18th teleconference is cancelled.
Next architecture and assumptions teleconference will be on February
25th.
