                The ballot follows Section 5.1 of the 802.19 Operation Manual for voting on CA documents.  See,

                The motion failed since it did not receive 75% approval (16/22 = 72%).

                Whether the vote was Technical or Procedural

 

                Whether the vote was APPROVED or FAILED
