Dear 802.18 members.
cc 802.11, 802.15, and 802.19 members,

On 25 November 2022, Brazil ANATEL began a consultation Automated Frequency Coordination System (5.925-7.125 MHz band) that seeks public opinion about "the possibility of implementing an Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) system, in order to allow the use of the 5,925-7,125 MHz band, or parts thereof, by Access Points (classified as restricted radiation equipment) in an outdoor environment in Brazil".

It is a short paper but it contains 31 questions related to (1) About operating conditions and protection criteria; (2) About the communication between the AFC system and the outdoor access point; (3) About AFC system enablement and operation; and (4) miscellaneous items.
