A draft Second Report and Order of Unlicensed Use of the 6 GHz Band (ET Docket No. 18-295) is available online:

The FCC will consider this second report and order in its upcoming Open Commission Meeting on Thursday, 19 October 2023. If approved, the Comment deadline is 30 days after Federal Register publication, and the Reply Comment deadline is 60 days after Federal Register publication.
