2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary Hyatt Regency Vancouver, November 10-15, 2024 Registration and Hotel Reservations Available Now The 2024 November IEEE 802 Plenary is scheduled to take place in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. In-Person and Virtual participation will be available for this session. Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00. Reservations must be completed and a confirmation number entered when completing registration in order to receive the discounted rate. Cancellation Policy * 11:59 p.m. Hotel Time 2 Days Before Arrival Or Pay 1 Night Fee No Show Policy * In case of no show, the fee of 100% of the contracted room rate, per room, for one night, applies and will be charged. Early Check Out Policy In the event a Meeting attendee who has reserved a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel shall charge an early departure fee of one night charge. Subject to Availability * All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block. * When the block is sold out or the October 23, 2024 deadline has passed market rates will apply.
