Re: stds-80220-requirements: Comments on Requirements Document

Here are a few  comments on the requirements document (rev. 3):
 
* In Section 4.15 Denial of Service, the subsection 4.15.1 Security Algorithms should have its own heading (e.g., 4.16 Security), rather than be placed under Denial of Service. 
 
* Eliminate Section 4.16 OA&M, since Section 4.23.1 OA&M Support already exists under Section 4.23 Layer 3+ Support.
 
* In Section 4.22.3 ARQ/Retransmission, insert the text: "The AI shall support ARQ/retransmission."
 
* Eliminate Section 4.22.5 Latency, since it already appears as Section 4.26
 
* In Section 4.22.8 Support/Optimization for TCP/IP, insert the text: "The AI should be designed to efficiently convey bidirectional packetized, bursty IP traffic with packet lengths and packet train temporal behavior consistent with that of wired IP networks."
