I will be proposing that we proceed in a manner similar to what we did in Singapore, where we discussed the issues in the WG and then if we did not get consensus during the discussion we had small ad-hocs work on that and report back and see if we had consensus. Calling small meetings in any other way will cause schedulg conflicts.
