This is one of the sections discussed at the plenary meeting that remanded back to the CG for resolution. The opinions expressed at the Plenary are so divergent that it’s going to be a challenge for the CG to develop a consensus text that will satisfy the majority of the members of the WG.
Any suggestions on which version of the proposed text we should start with?
• Current text:

• Proposed Text
