Despite the best efforts of the email system, I'm not sure everyone responded with a preference.
Of those who responded, the chosen time/date is Tuesdays 10-11 AM EST.

July 13 Portland Meeting Tuesday 9AM.
With this many people a conference call may be challenging, let's see.

1) Beginning at the Section 2, accept/reject/add major headings
2) Accept/reject/add major paragraph topics in section 3
3) Confirm that the bullets in Section 4 are sufficient or add more
If you'd like, please submit more bullets to this list, before the meeting.
4) Could someone submit material for Sections 5.1 & 5.2 in advance? If so,
we can consider it.
The idea is to remain high level on agenda items 1) & 2).
