Question on policy raised today

Hi,

Here's a copy of my question from today.

Do you intend that the policy for
managing events originates or resides
in the MIH?

Have you considered if it's better to
pass these events raw to the upper layer
or not?


Please correct me if it didn't come out like
I intended.
