Adrian,

As Ulises stated, the thought process of deciding with the 9 am EST time was that no particular time zone from where .21 participants joins us should have the "past mid-night" time for a telecon.

Besides, with so many calls being planned, we also did not want to change the time from AM to PM frequently, which was leading people to miss some of these calls.

I raised this question when we held the first series of conferences between July and September. We suggested moving the time to say 10:00 EST but then it became too late for some folks in Asia (e.g., Korea or Japan). Then we suggested changing the time to 21:00 EST but then it became too late for folks in Europe. So at the end the time was set at 9:00 EST.

 

Perhaps Ajay can comment on this.
