Hello Folks, A new version of the 802.21 draft P802-21-D00-05 has been
sent to the Chair for posting on the private area of the 802.21 web site. This version of the draft incorporates comments that were
resolved during the Several significant updates got added to this version of the
draft as we now prepare for WG Letter ballot. Updates to 3GPP SAPs and general reference models, local/remote
events/commands, Information elements and their TLV/Schema based representation,
updates to MIH header and MIH protocol and greater consistency
in primitives as well. As usual please also find attached file D04_Changes_D05
which lists the changes from the previous version of the draft. Also the following updated Commentary files have been posted
as well. -21-06-0496-03-0000-D00_04_Master_File_Editor_Notes.USR The Commentary files includes Editor’s Notes (wherever
applicable) on how individual comments were resolved. This file also includes inputs from Group resolution and
relevant discussion from the last meeting at Please review this file for any notes/details on updates to
individual comments. The names of contributors have also been updated from last
meeting. If you feel your name needs to be added to List of
Contributors please send a note to the Editor. If there is anything we can do to make this process better
