Folks, Just be patient during this upgrade on Thursday Feb 9, 2006 (approx time 1 hour) in case your email to the reflector gets delayed in posting. IEEE List Owner, On Thursday, 9 Feb., at 6 p.m., IT staff will begin upgrading the IEEE Listserv Software that staff and volunteers use to manage IEEE email mailing lists. The upgrade will take approximately one hour. During this time any email sent to a Listserv mailing list will be held in the queues of the IEEE mail servers until the upgrade is completed. The upgrade is intended to correct software bugs and will enable users to add attachments to messages posted to mailing lists from an outside email address using the Listserv Web interface. To use the web interface, list members are required to login to Listserv using the email address contained in their respective lists as the login ID and a password. Step-by-step details on how to post to a mailing list using the web interface are available at http://listserv.ieee.org under the section “Guides for IEEE Mailing List Subscribers.” If you have any questions or if I
