802.21 Denver Meeting

Below are some of the key points from the just concluded 802.21 meeting in Denver.

 

- The 802.21 WG passed a Motion to conduct WG Letter Ballot which was passed unanimously.

   The updated draft and further instructions related to Letter Ballot process shall be sent out at a later time.

 

- The WG elections for Chair and Vice Chair were also conducted.

Vivek Gupta (myself) was elected Chair and Michael Williams was re-elected as Vice Chair.

Both the Chair and Vice Chair were also confirmed at the Executive Committee meeting on Friday.

 

- The elections for 802.21 Editor and Secretary were not carried out at the Denver meeting.

These elections shall be carried out at the next 802.21 meeting in Jacksonville in May.

Further information regarding these elections shall be sent out at a later time.

The current Editor and Secretary shall continue to carry out their duties until the next meeting.
