Hi Behcet:   When a member like Peretz is pushing a PAR
before the study group had a clear direction and its study properly conducted,
it raises natural questions about Peretz’s agenda.  What is the rush? What
are we missing by studying the topic first?   BR, Peretz Feder

for Contributions

Hello Peretz,If a member, e.g. Peretz contributes a PAR and 5C document and if we can
reach consensus on it in Hawaii,
why shouldn't we able to submit it?
It might have taken long for 802.21 but now we are talking about the
extensions to the draft standard 802.21.

 Behcet

Hello Behcet:   First SG meeting and we already having a
PAR on the agenda? We didnąt study this topic yet to decide
whether it is required.   Just recall how many meetings we held
before a PAR for 802.21 was submitted.   Peretz

Contributions

802.21 Members,The chair has allocated 4-6 hours in Hawaii Interim for MRPM SG. If we
need more, probably we can get more.
MRPM SG has to work on

 - a Technical Report on the requirements and architecture,
 - PAR and 5Criteria documents

Technical Report, we can structure according to 3GPP TR and an example is TR
22.908
 http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/22908.htm

I would like to solicit contributions from the members based on the
above.
Please let me know, this will help us organize our time better in the Interim.

 Regards,

 Behcet
