LB-3 has closed. The results of LB-3 have
been posted. Please refer to 21-08-0283-00-0000-LB3-Voting-Results for details. Total ballots: 60 Ballots returned: 29 Approve: 24 Disapprove: 3 Abstain: 2 This ballot has still not met the 50%
return rate. Even if we had a few more votes the return rate is still quite low. I would like to thank the MRPM group for

presentations/discussions have been going on in 802.21 for almost two years. The MRPM SG was created in July-2007. Motions to approve the PAR produced by this group failed on
two occasions in Jan-2008 and in March-2008. Thereafter this group has gone ahead and done further work.
