Dear Colleagues,

The P802.3ck Task Force will be meeting during the 802.3 Interim meeting week in Geneva, Switzerland during the week of Jan 20th, 2020.

Meeting and registration details may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html

The 3ck Task Force will meet all day on 21-23 January, 2020 (Tuesday thru Thursday).  Please note that there is a possibility that the meeting will go late Wednesday night, depending on the number of presentations and comments received against the draft.   The full schedule for the week is already available here: http://ieee802.org/3/interims/0120_sched_802_3_post.html

The 802.3ck TF  goals for this meeting are to review technical contributions focused on addressing issues/comments in D1.0 and resolve comments against the draft.  If meeting time becomes a constraint, the TF leadership will prioritize presentations on the big ticket items, TBDs, omissions, and gaps in the specification that are needed to set a strong foundation of the document.  Late presentations can/should still be submitted, but will be subject to available time on the agenda and Task Force approval.

Participants should be familiar with the IEEE patent policy (http://standards.ieee.org/about/sasb/patcom/materials.html ), the participant policy (http://www.ieee802.org/devdocs.shtml), and the copyright policy (https://standards.ieee.org/ipr/index.html).  Please take the time to review this material in advance of the meeting and contact me with any questions or concerns.

**** PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE DATES – THEY ARE DIFFERENT THAN TYPICAL *****
