[802.3_100GEL] March Plenary - early registration deadline & co-located interim

Hello Everyone -
2 quick things for you:

- Early Registration for the March Plenary closes this coming Friday, February 7th (see below for details).

- At the tail end of January, I announced the possibility of our Task Force meeting on the Sunday afternoon and Monday AM prior to the opening plenary.  Taking many things into consideration, Kent and I have decided NOT to move forward with Sunday.  We will begin at 8am on Monday, March 16th for 2 hours... then continue during our allotted time during the week.  Thank you for your patience as we evaluated the options.
