Hello Colleagues, I hope this email finds you well! This email marks the start of Task Force Review of the .3ck D1.1 specification. We made a lot of progress on Draft 1.0, but have more work to go. Please focus your review on missing or incomplete specifications (such as TBDs, omissions, gaps, etc) as our next large
milestone is a technically complete document. Consider it less important, at this time, to comment on the minor editorial changes, such as style changes, spelling, punctuation, etc.
Comments are to be submitted against the clean version of the draft (most important for page and line numbers). Instructions are below on how to access the draft and submit comments. REVIEW OPEN: Monday, February 10, 2020 REVIEW CLOSE: Wednesday February 26, 2020 AOE ___________________________________________ HOW TO ACCESS THE DRAFT: The draft is posted for Task Force review purposes only, and neither the draft nor access information should be copied or redistributed to others in violation of document copyrights. (The 802.3 common username/password will work) ___________________________________________ HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS: Acceptable comment types: E = Editorial T = Technical 1.) Prepare your comments in one of the following three ways. You are STRONGLY REQUESTED to use the spreadsheet (option a. below). a.) Input your comments to the comment spreadsheet at the URL: http://www.ieee802.org/3/WG_tools/spreadsheet/802d3_TFR_WGB_comments.xls *** Please use this method, if possible. It greatly reduces the workload on the editorial team. Thank you! *** b.)
