[802.3_100GEL] 3ck Task Force Meeting 11/17 - Proposed Agenda

Hello All,

 

Please take note that we have received 46 on time comments to draft 2.3 from 4 commenters.  The comments received can be found at https://www.ieee802.org/3/ck/comments/index.html.  We will first discuss our next steps forward and then begin comment resolution.

 

Reminder this meeting is part of the 802 November Plenary Series and thus there is a registration fee to attend.

Subject: [802.3_100GEL] Announcing Draft 2.3 Comment Resolution - November Interim Meetings

 

Hello Task Force –

As you know, the Draft 2.3 ballot is currently open… and closes next Friday, November 12th.  On our last call we discussed the project going forward and the next step being SA Ballot.  In making that step, we need no substantial changes (ideally none whatsoever) to move to this next step; so please focus your review on must-fix items.  Scope will be wide open again in SA Ballot.

 

I am announcing 5 meetings for comment resolution (calendar invites to follow), however, 3ck leadership will adjust these once we see the comments and progress in the coming weeks.  I’m hoping that we can drop at least 2, if not more of these meetings for this cycle in hopes of going to SA ballot in December.

 

Lastly, ALL presentations for this comment cycle are due next Friday, November 12th.  If you are working on research for SA Ballot comments, note that I will start holding Ad Hocs for these discussions in December.
