Dear Task Force Participants, Meeting Information: The IEEE P802.3bm Task Force will be meeting at the
IEEE 802.3 March Plenary Meeting, which will be held the week
of March 16th in Bejing, PRC. The Task Force will be meeting
Tuesday through Thursday with a 12pm finish on Thursday. The
final schedule for our meeting will depend upon workload and
progress made at the meeting. Registration and meeting details may be found at http://802world.org/plenary/.
You are strongly encouraged to make your reservations as soon

Please note if you are
intending to give a presentation in support of a suggested
remedy (or provide any supplemental material) for any comments,
please indicate this in the “Suggested Remedy” field in your
comment submission. Please note that formal requests for
presentation time must be made to the Chief Editor and to the
Chair. Presentations related to comment resolution should be
kept to less than 20 minutes in duration, excluding
time for questions and answers. Requests for presentation time
greater than 20 minutes will be considered on a case-by-case
basis, and the requester should contact the chair prior to
making the request to justify the additional time. We would greatly appreciate presenters reviewing
their own presentations to verify that they have followed the
cited Presentation Style Guidelines. If there are questions
