[8023-10GEPON] Super-rating vs. Sub-rating slides for 802.3

All,

Following to a suggestion made during our January meeting, I will
present MAC sub-rating vs. PHY super-rating options to 802.3 WG during
the opening session on Monday, March 12th.

Attached are the slides I intend to present. These are based on the
material produced by a corresponding ad hoc led by Frank Effenberger
(Thank you, Frank).
