[8023-10GEPON] Minutes corrections

All,

Two minor corrections were made to the minutes:

1) Jeff Mandin's name was missing from the list of attendees. It is added now.
2) A typo in Valentin Ossman's affiliation was corrected.

An updated version of the minutes is posted on the web now. Please, contact the task force chair if you find any other errors or discrepancies.
