Johnathan, I have sent a document on our most recent test results on channel variations to Piers to be uploaded to the IEEE web site. Using the set-up proposed by David Cunningham, a shaker vibrating the fiber at a deflection set by GR-63 CORE over a range of frequencies, I have estimated the maximum channel variation frequency to be about 40 Hz.
