[10GMMF] Changes to Clause 45 for 10GBASE-LRM

The required changes in clause 45 to include 10GBASE-LRM.
Table 45-7
        1.7.15:4 reserved
        1.7. 3 2 1 0
             1 0 0 1=10GBASE-LRM-EW PMD type (RO)

             1 0 1 0=10GBASE-LRM-LW PMD type (RO)

             1 1 0 1=10GBASE-LRM-ER PMD type (RO)

             1 1 1 0=10GBASE-LRM-LR PMD type (RO)

             1 0 1 1=reserved (RO)

             1 1 0 0=reserved (RO)

             1 1 1 1=reserved (RO)
Table 45-11
        1.11.15:4 reserved, ignore on read (RO)
        1.11.3  1 PMA/PMD is able to perform 10GBASE-LRM (RO)
                0 PMA/PMD is not able to perform 10GBASE-LRM (RO)
All EDC specific control/status bits will be in the vendor specific
registers.

The reserved codes in Table 45-7 can be used for 10GBASE-KX4/KR.
