Jonathan,
With 3 separate tables, as in the current
materials, the universal launch can be presented in a much simpler way
now that it is not commingled with the other launches. Given that
it is universal, one need not call out fiber types or bandwidth, so the
table simply collapses into one column with a title cell above a spec cell.

As discussed by the group today I've revised the single table into 3
options as proposed by David Cunningham and agreed by those on the call
includes 6um radius spec for OM1 as proposed by Joerg, and an attempt at
an advisory sentence in note 2 as proposed by Lew
