This is easy. It doesn't exist. This is the place to watch though. We should have it published within a couple of years :-)
 
Seriously though, this is very early in the standards process. Proposals are being brought forward to the committee for its consideration. We won't even become an official standards body until the end of January, 2000.
 
You should be aware that once we start to document our work as a draft standard, we put these under a password protected web site which password will be distributed to members who attend the meetings. We will not publish it on this reflector, nor should any member of the committee make it available outside the committee. This will, as most things are in the IEEE, be under the honor system.
 
Therefore, if you want access to early versions (drafts) of our work, we would welcome you as a member of the group.
