64/66 coding call for interest
In an effort to further refine the technical merits of the 64/66b coding
proposal as presented at the Kauai meeting, I would like to ask for
participants from HSSG to please sign up for the new ad-hc reflector and
begin any relevant discussions. The purpose of the ad-hoc is to lead toward
a more complete presentation of the 64/66b code and it's details to the HSSG
body as a whole.
