Hi Rick,

The TC comment # is 295. To be more specific, the transmission order for the 
serial PMA is bit 0 first and bit 15 last on both transmit and receive, i.e. 
outgoing and incoming. So section Clause 51.2.2 is the one that needs 
correction.
