I was hoping you wouldn't steer this issue my way. You were doing great!
I didn't get involved because you were doing such a good job!
As you say, the Task Force has carefully considered the processing of
coding errors and decided upon the operation documented in D2.1. The
proper question to ask is whether something is wrong with the current
handling of errors. If nothing is wrong with the current operation, a
very strong case must be shown as to the benefits of alternate
operation. In any case, anyone wishing to make a change MUST submit a
comment since the draft comment period is now open.
