[802.3ae] Interim meeting in September -- Copenhagen -- Hotel cutoff on 8/6/2001

The advanced information for the September 20-21 meeting of IEEE P802.3ae can be found at:

• You will find a hotel reservation hot link to help you and our host with the planning of the meeting.
• The room blocks in the respective hotels will be reserved for IEEE 802 attendees until the reservation cutoff date: Monday, August 6, 2001

At this time, we cannot anticipate the amount of work that will be generated from the circulation of draft 3.2. We are reserving two full days in the event comment resolution requires. Generally, the agenda will look like:

• Thursday -- we expect that there will be few presentations outside the normal introductory material, ad hoc reports (including the status of interoperability testing) and the liaison reports. This should make for a quick opening session on Thursday with the rest of the day spend in comment resolution. We will split into two tracks.
• Friday -- if there is a light comment load, we can expect to be finished by noon. Else....
