Serial PMDs conference call postponed for November 21, 2000

Gentlefolk:

I was unable to make a teleconference booking for Tuesday at 9:00 AM MST.
There will be no Serial PMDs conference call this week (slipped between the
crack separating myself and Piers Dawe: Atlantic Ocean?).

However, I will post a list of issues on Clause 52 to this stream for review
prior to the D2.0 deadline (Wednesday) for Clause 52 submission. These
issues are the big ticket items and items with a editor's note on them (for
example: where a motion was passed with no details specified on how to make
the change.)

Current plan of action for Clause 52:
*	Make all editorial changes (changes for typos, etc.)
*	Make all changes stipulated in specific motions (for example, add a
column, change a number)
*	Add editor's notes for motions where text/change is not specified
requesting text (and motions, for next meeting). This would particularly
apply to the following (PMD Track) motions:

*	#5: We adopt the methodology of ohlen_3_1100 in principle...
*	#8: Move to accept the ITU-T STM-64 .... 7.5 GHz ...
*	#9: ... triple trade off ... dudek_1_1100
*	#18: ... MDIO features in thatcher_1_1100...
		This last one is a little worrisome, as the motion read:
		... Have clause 52 and 54 editors write into draft 2.0...

	The other motions I believe I can incorporate as-is, although I'll
need some help from Mike Dudek to double check the OMA/ER conversions.

Any comments or suggestions, please give me a call or send me e-mail.

Cheers,
Dave
