The "open lab" will be held in Santa Rosa California on February 11 and 12.
This will be at the Agilent Technologies Lightwave Division site located
approximately 60 miles north of San Francisco. The interim meeting on
February 13 and 14 will be held at this site also. Details about hotels and
other logistics should be posted within a week. If you need any advance
