SJTP: Disparity probability
At last week's SJTP telecon a question was raised about the probability
that a certain disparity would occur in a random pattern. Attached are some
calculations and a graph giving the disparity (imbalance between ones and
zeros) of a random pattern at a specified probability as a function of the
pattern length.
