I have seen some individuals forward meeting invites to colleagues. I can only assume that these individuals are not signed up on the task force reflector.
With the start of two consecutive weeks of conference calls, where the task force will split into parallel tracks on 5 of the 8 days, I have to stress the importance of individuals being signed up to the task force reflector. I may need to send time sensitive messages to the task force via the reflector, as I may not be able to visit all of the tracks in a given day.
If you know individuals who will be attending these calls and are not subscribed to the Task Force reflector, please make them aware it is important for them to be subscribed, especially next week.
