On behalf of myself and Mark Nowell, as Task Force Chair and Vice-Chair, we would like to take a moment to thank the Task Force for all of the work put in during the May and June Interim meetings. 

We also want to take a moment to once again recognize the extra-ordinary efforts of our Editorial team, led by our Chief Editor, Matt Brown.  Their efforts in reviewing, responding, and organizing the 613 technical comments submitted against D1.0.  is what led to the progress made over the past two weeks.   It was a very complex and exhausting couple of weeks, but eventually very successful because of this team.
